About us
“Aura Organics” is our brand name. It does not mean our products are certified organic. We make small-batch skin and hair care preparations by hand, inspired by traditional Ayurvedic beauty rituals.

Our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Because each batch is made by hand from natural ingredients, its colour, texture and scent can vary a little from batch to batch; this is natural and not a fault. Photographs are for illustration, and labels and packaging may differ from those shown.

Using our products
Please follow the directions on each product page and label, and store each product as described: for example, the Herbal Hair Mask in the freezer and the Nuts Magic Face Pack in the fridge.

Ingredients and your skin
Every product page lists its key ingredients. Before you order, please read them, and do not use a product if you know you are sensitive to any of them. Natural ingredients, including nuts, seeds and essential oils, can affect people differently, so we suggest trying a little on a small area of skin first. If anything feels uncomfortable, rinse it off and stop using the product.

Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes that apply to us. Delivery is charged separately, and we tell you the exact amount before you pay. You can pay by UPI, or in cash on delivery where the courier offers it. Our UPI ID is in the name of our founder, Anjali Sachin Patankar. We will never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP.

Orders
Your order is placed when we confirm it on WhatsApp. If a product has sold out, or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you, and refund in full anything you have paid for it.

Delivery
We deliver anywhere in India through courier partners. Delivery charges and dates come from the courier and are estimates: weather, holidays and other events outside our control can delay a parcel. Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are correct; a parcel returned because of a wrong address may need a new delivery charge. If you choose to collect your order, we will message you to arrange it.

Cash on delivery
Please keep the amount ready when your parcel arrives. If cash-on-delivery parcels are refused, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.

Returns and refunds
Because our products are for personal care, we do not accept returns, and we do not give refunds once an order has been delivered as ordered. If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it.

Gift cards
If you add a gift message, we write it on a card exactly as you write it, so please check it before you order.

Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Organics, its owners and the people who work with us are not liable for any loss, injury, reaction or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of our products or of this website. Where the law does not allow this to be excluded, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
