Ordering and delivery
How do I order?
Add what you’d like to your cart, add your name and address, and send your order to us in one message. We reply with your total, including delivery.
How can I pay?
By UPI, with any UPI app, or in cash when your parcel arrives, where the courier offers cash on delivery.
Whose name will my UPI app show?
Our founder’s: Anjali Sachin Patankar. Our UPI ID is in her name. You never need to share your OTP or UPI PIN with us. Enter your PIN only inside your own UPI app.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You’re welcome to order a single product.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery usually costs ₹100–₹500, depending on the weight of your parcel and where it is going. We’ll tell you the exact amount before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in India.
Can I return a product?
As our products are for personal care, we don’t accept returns or give refunds. If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it.
Can I reserve a product that has sold out?
Yes. Message us and we’ll keep one for you from the next batch.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course. Tick “This order is a gift” in your cart, and give the address of the person receiving it as the delivery address. You can add a short message, and we’ll write it on a card for you.
Do you take larger orders, for weddings or festivals?
With pleasure. For haldi ceremonies, wedding favours, festive hampers or thank-you gifts, tell us what you have in mind on our gifting page, and we’ll plan it with you.
Using the products
Why is the Herbal Hair Mask kept in the freezer?
It is a paste of fresh leaves, flowers and fruit, and the cold keeps it fresh. Take out only what you need.
Why is the Nuts Magic Face Pack kept in the fridge?
It is made of ground nuts and seeds, which stay fresher in the cold. The fridge is just right; there’s no need for the freezer.
What is the small sachet with the Nuts Magic Face Pack?
Dry yeast, the activator. Bloom a tiny pinch in warm water first, then add the face pack. The steps are on the product page.
Why is the ubtan slightly grainy?
On purpose: it gives a gentle polish on the body. For your face, let the paste rest for 3–5 minutes first, so it softens.
Why does the cream feel rich at first?
It is made with oils. Give it a minute or two, and it sinks in.
How should I store the cream and the hair oil?
Keep both closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Scoop the cream with clean, dry fingers, and wipe the neck of the oil bottle after pouring.
Can men use these products?
Yes. Many men enjoy the ubtan, the cream and the hair oil.

Are your products organic?
“Aura Organics” is our brand name. It does not mean our products are certified organic. We make them by hand, in small batches, from herbs, seeds, oils and fresh leaves, and each product page lists the key ingredients.
