Ordering

Add products to your cart and send your order to us in one message. There’s no account to create.

Payment

Pay by UPI with any UPI app, or in cash when your parcel arrives, where the courier offers cash on delivery. Our UPI ID is in our founder’s name, Anjali Sachin Patankar. You never need to share your OTP or UPI PIN with us. Enter your PIN only inside your own UPI app.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in India by courier. Delivery usually costs ₹100–₹500, depending on the weight of your parcel and where it is going. We’ll tell you the exact amount before you pay.

Returns and problems with an order

As our products are for personal care, we don’t accept returns or give refunds. If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it.

Your privacy

We use your details only to deliver your order and to keep in touch about it, and share them only with the courier who delivers it. Your cart is saved only in your own browser. Read our privacy policy
